2. Using our services implies that you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service.

3. At our discretion, we may require supporting documentation, authorization or supplemental identification for some services we render.

4. You agree that you are of legal age and have the power and authority to agree to this Terms of Service.

5. You affirm and guarantee that you will not use our Services in connection with any illegal activities or in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

6. You also affirm and guarantee that neither the content you place on our network, nor the domain names you register through our services shall contain or resolve to websites hosted elsewhere which contain illegal activities or prohibited content or links to similar. Illegal activities and prohibited content include but are not limited to: Content that depicts minors engaged in any activity of a sexual nature or which may otherwise harm minors; Activities that mislead or deceive minors into viewing sexually explicit material; Content or actions that attempt to defraud members of the public in any way (for example, "phishing" sites); Content or actions that are used to send unsolicited commercial email (SPAM) or email which is in violation of applicable laws or customary acceptable use of Internet connections, including but not limited to the transmission of child pornography; Content that is hateful, defamatory, derogatory or bigoted based on racial, ethnic, political grounds or which otherwise may cause or incite injury, damage or harm of any kind to any person or entity; Content that is threatening or invades another person's privacy or property rights or is otherwise in breach of any duty owed to a third party; Content or actions that infringe the trademark, copyright, patent rights, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, or any other legal rights of any person or entity; Content or actions that violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation; Content or actions that promote, are involved in or assist in, the conduct of illegal activity of any kind or promote business opportunities or investments that are not permitted under applicable law; Content that advertises or offers for sale any goods or services that are unlawful or in breach of any national or international law or regulation; or Content that advertises or offers for sale any goods or services the Advertiser does not have the legal right to sell. If you are in violation of any of the above provisions or are engaged in any other misleading or illegal activities, you agree that we may suspend, cancel, transfer or modify your use of services or individual domain names without prior notice to you. No fees will be refunded if any of the activities mentioned above, or any other inappropriate or illegal activities, result in the suspension, transfer or other such loss your domain name.

7. Due changes in laws, technology and/or business environment, alantakun reserves the right to amend, update, add or remove any part of this Terms of Service.

 

Domain Name Registration

1. You agree that the name you wish to register is free from all encumbrances and that you have a right to register such a name.

2. You agree that the domain name is not such that it is offensive to any bodies public or private and that the site will not be used for any thing that contravenes general and particular laws of government and publicly recognized institutions.

3. You agree to be bound by the general laws with regards to domain registrations, maintenance, renewals and transfers as stipulated by ICANN and other Internet governing bodies.

4. Payments for domain name registration are non-refundable.

5. Domain transfers to us are free. Domain transfers from us may be free or entail a minimal administrative charge. Contact us on this.

6. We may decide, at our discretion, to refuse to process any untoward name registration or renewal request. In such cases, any payments you have made will be fully refunded.

7. We do not guarantee the availability of any domain name. We shall do our best to register the names you require. Please use the name availability check tool on our site to check if the name(s) you want are available. Note that we cannot reserve a name for you. It is advisable that you register available names as soon as possible, as we will not be responsible if a name you have checked, becomes no longer available by the time you want to register it.

8. It is your responsibility to prompt the renewal of your domain. Kindly keep record of domain registration dates.

 

Hosting

1. You agree that you have the right to host the content you upload to your site(s).

2. You are purchasing a hosting service and not an online backup service. You agree that what you upload to your site is only for the running of your website.

3. You agree that you will not host or provide links to any publicly offensive material or illegal material.

4. You agree that your website will not host or portend to host content that appears fraudulent in anyway.

5. You agree that should any action or complaint be brought again your website content (or part thereof), it is your sole responsibility to resolve such issues and access to your site will be suspended until such issues are resolved.

6. Payments for hosting are composed of a 20% non-refundable administrative charge. Should you wish to cancel your hosting plan at any point in time, part of the 80% will be refunded pro rata the period unused.

7. For sites not designed by us, you, by signing up for our hosting service, agree that you are competent to design and upload content to your site. The maintenance/update of your site is your responsibility.

8. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the security of your log in credentials, making sure they are not disclosed to any third party. You agree to notify us immediately, if your credentials are compromised.

 

Emails

1. You are a responsible citizen and you agree that should any of the email addresses you create/have through our services be found in any way to be the source of unsolicited/bulk mail (spamming), your account will be suspended.

2. Should we in any case restore a suspended account, if there is any repeat offence, your account will be terminated.

 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.

You agree that your use of our Services is solely at your own risk. You agree that such Service(s) is provided on an "as is," "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, or that the Service(s) will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service(s) or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service or that defects in the Service will be corrected. You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of Service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. We make no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained through the Service or any transactions entered into through the Service. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly made herein. .
